Best animal hospital in Southbury, Connecticut (CT) 2025

They're so nice & thorough! Our regular vet was out sick & closed. We were desperate to find someone. They took us in as an emergency even though Dr. Larry was fully booked. I was amazed at that! We brought our 12 yr old small chocolate lab mix in, who was couldn't walk & had swollen lymph nodes. We were greeted by such a wonderful girl who discussed what was going on outside & carried our 40lb baby inside. They did a lot of tests. Mostly came back ok. We were given antibiotics for his lymph nodes & an anti-inflammatory for his front leg. Going to have a re-check in 10 days. Dr. Larry Pezzulo has over 20 yrs experience & he's amazing! I highly recommend this place! ~Debra
