Best mexican restaurant in Thomaston, Connecticut (CT) 2024

I’ve driven by this place multiple times in the past year and decided to stop in and try their menu. As a big fan of Mexican food, I was looking forward to trying a dish and they didn’t disappoint. The sloppy nachos and enchiladas banderos were phenomenal! My only issue that I have with this place was that my order was taken by another person with the same first name. When I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to redo my order. So the choice of protein wasn’t what I originally ordered, but it wasn’t their fault. They had a good sense of humor when I returned a few days later to pick up another order and ask if I was “the right Juan”. In which I replied, “the Juan and only” lol. Great Mexican cuisine, served by a staff with a sense of humor. You can’t go wrong with this place, I highly recommend it. ~Johnny
