Best restaurant in Thomaston, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Best subway in the area. Still uses fresher foods. Staff is nice. Only downside is it's a subway so sorta stingy with cheese and meats for $10-$12 subs. But a quick and easy option. ~Chris

Rozzis has been an establishment that my husband and I have been coming to since we were teens. Even before it became rozzis. The staff is always friendly! And the service has always been excellent! Food prices have gone up, but this is because of the food inflation (I totally get since I'm in the food business) you won't be disappointed for local diner food! ~Rachelle

Hate to do this because we were trying to become regulars but the food is just so inconsistent. You never know what you’ll get. Ordered nachos for lunch while we prepped NYE dinner and was arrived was this dry container of terribly fine and flavorless ground beef, chips, cheese, jalapeños and a few cherry tomatoes halves. We got two tiny Hood brand sides of sour cream. When we called to be like, “hey we order a ton but these nachos are pretty bad” we had an argumentative girl on the phone tell us it’s because we had it delivered and not fresh? Didn’t know delivery makes salsa and flavor and veggies disappear. Won’t be seeing me again. ~Christina
