Best self storage facility in Thompson, Connecticut (CT) 2024

I had an old collectable convertible stored here since 2004. While I thought it would be for a short term, life circumstances changed, thus leaving the car unattended until recently. Not having seen the stored car in excess of 16 years I was extremely happy to find the car dusty, but dry with no evidence of water or critter infestation, old but clean smelling even in the interior. The staff were always friendly when my credit cards changed, attempting to help me locate new owners of a business that had done work on the car in 2004, and giving good advice and tools to get the old padlock freed up so I did not have to engage a locksmith. The facility still looks new, clean, well kept. Warm personal service above and beyond exceeding expectations! ~Barry
