We had my neices birthday party here. It was set up weeks in advance. Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned up from the previous party. I helped clean it up which was a minor inconvenience. We were promised 2 hours for the kids to swim in the pool. 1 hour into the swimming, we were told we had to exit the pool because a swim team was coming in to use it. It was a major disappointment to the kids. Overall, it was unorganized and chaotic. I would not recommend having a party here. Please do better, nothing worse than disappointing a child on their birthday. ~Lindsey
