We had my neices birthday party here. It was set up weeks in advance. Upon arrival, the room was not cleaned up from the previous party. I helped clean it up which was a minor inconvenience. We were promised 2 hours for the kids to swim in the pool. 1 hour into the swimming, we were told we had to exit the pool because a swim team was coming in to use it. It was a major disappointment to the kids. Overall, it was unorganized and chaotic. I would not recommend having a party here. Please do better, nothing worse than disappointing a child on their birthday.

Wish I could give a negative star. Don’t give this place anymore money. Long story short- they will not refund any money for a camp I signed my child up for due to testing positive for covid on a Monday. So I waisted 4 days. There are 165 kids signed up this week and they didn’t even tell my child or monitor her for symptoms until she was picked up. Per cdc she should have worn a mask for those short hours of her being there. All they care about is money - short math $200 (even rounded number) x 165 = $33k for the week. Front desk staff is a joke- mostly on the weekend. Cara at the front said I can still drop her off this week — I have to isolate for 5 days! I don’t have family who could bring her in. I stood there on Sunday waiting for 10-15 minutes as a girl from the front desk, who clearly was out partying late the night before and was if zero help, was conducting a birthday party. Yikes. While inappropriate music was being played over the loud speaker. I’m not one to complain but the owners only care about money. The place is a dump. And they’d rather make money than keep kids safe. You can bet I contacted the town, BBB and CDC. Just sickening.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars! Their summer program is very poorly managed. It is run by a bunch of teenagers. I had to find this out the hard way. I will never recommend this place or send my child here ever again.

0 stars from us. We came to this facility specifically for swim lessons. From the start they have been pushy to get their membership. We were given misinformation and providing confusing and vague information to get us to sign up for membership. Felt as though we were in a car dealership.

It's decent for a sports/athlete training gym it has very limited equipment for such a big space (it has alot of unused space for useless things) if you go in the afternoon during the week Goodluck getting equipment and if you try to do swim practice in the afternoon after work cause you overslept you can't swim that day due to the swim team controlling the pool after 5pm. But it

Love the indoor track for those days where you cannot be outside. Best time to use is during the daytime on weekdays. Too many activities going on in the dome at other times.

Star Hill really takes advantage of being the only local options for indoor sports. The facility is poorly managed. Communication is dismal. Facility is starting to show major signs of deterioration, with little to no attempts to fix. Bathrooms in the bubble are not cleaned regularly and have had broken / not working facilities for some time. I only suggest playing here if you set up your own team separate from Star Hill. The Star Hill run teams are run as poorly as the facility. We pay a lot of money to play there. The focus is clearly on the money, and not on the programs or facility. And definitely not on the kids.

Has a good gym, a fair pool, and then the field and racquet sports are in the bubble. Not to busy usually and a lot of options. What's not to love. Can be on the pricey side basses on your particular circumstance. They offer passes so I would recommend you go and try it out for yourself then go from there.
