I worked with Kaytee Ross on my lease, I needed a place immediately and she was a gem! Any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately and I am happy to have made the move. Much to explore but what I have seen is impressive.

This is one of the worst places you will ever want to live in. Basically robbers. They will charge you stupid damage charges for no reason. They will keep the porcges dirty and unclean for months. No security what so ever. Faulty appliances and than you will be made pay the hefty utility charges.. Stay away from this place. There are better in area. Forget your security amount if you ever start there. I wish i knew about all this before I chose to start there. Pathetic apartments.

This property looks great from the outside but is still up to it’s old tricks. After an hour long tour and approx 500$ deposit and long conversation regarding rental history, I was instructed by 3 members of this property to go fourth and apply. I made it clear this eviction was on my record and stressed I am not in a financial position to apply time and time again at many properties. The initial person who worked with me seemed to be new so upon asking for further instruction from higher ups they reideeated they felt this “shouldn’t be something to hold us up”. Approx 24 hours later I heard no response and went to the property to be told by the same gentlemen they “never except evictions that’s part of their policy” the application fees are 75$ each so with mine and my co sign it was an instant 150$ loss they were completely aware would happen prior. As I tried to remain respectful the large man with the very feminine voice who works at the front miraculously converted from standard buisness man, to a temperamental female moving his arms in many directions and increasing the pitch height of his voice to simulate sympathy. This was an intentional money scam by the higher ups. The reason I can verify this is because in 2019 with the same prior application and no co sign I was told the reason was no co sign. This company told me with confidence come back we can get it done for you when I called in 2022 only to have these results. If you have any sort of prior history this place DOES NOT BELIEVE IN SECOND CHANCES, instead they will mislead you to steal the heftiest deposit fee I’ve come across yet in the 16 places I’ve applied. To be clear I am not upset about being declined. I’m upset about being transparent with this company and still being treated as disposable commisionable income rather than a client.

We have been here the last year. IF YOU HAVE KIDS THERE IS REALLY NOTHING NOTHING FOR THEM HERE!!! Unless your the parent that let's them run lose. The summer they have a pool. And tennis courtsThat's it. They need to add a play ground in thay open field. Everytime it rains water comes threw the windows and pools in the window ciles. Which cases mold and no matter how much you clean it it always comes back. Water leaks from bathroom vent fan. I will give it to there maintenance guys they are right out there at your apartment. The walls are super thin you hear everything around you. Alot of people don't pick up after there dogs and there is a good amount of dog droppings in the grassed areas. They do have a friendly front staff. The size of the apartments are not worth the price thay you pay. They need to get a new censor for the light at the entrance because some days you will sit there no joke 10 plus mins waiting for it to turn green it happens once a week in the am... if you like living near a mall and have no kids and love hearing your neighbors, and spending a crazy amount in rent for such a small place. It's the place for you.

I've been here for 2 full weeks now and I don't have a single negative so far. The location is great, my first floor unit is super quiet and tucked away. Parking is readily available and my covered spot is 10 ft from my door. All the amenities look brand new. The pet policy is great and everyone has dogs. I haven't heard any barking either. Rent might be a bit high for the apt size, but so far I feel it's worth my money.

I have loved living here. Every amenity you could want available. Staff are fantastic. My unit is beautiful. Others who live here are kind and considerate of neighbors. I will soon be moving out of state and am having a hard time finding a place that can compare!

I am a current resident at the pavilions and must say in the past 2 years I have grown to really love and adore this little community, because it is just that. A community, the pavilions is an extremely safe and well kept place. This place has all of the amenities you could want in a new apartment community, from pools to pool tables, gym tennis court racquet ball court and more. The entire staff is amazing, the Matenince team is exceptional if you find yourself having an issue it will be resolved in hours, not days. The front office is ran extremely well and professional and there is always events put on by this great small community. This place is the home to over 1000 different families from different backgrounds all waiting to be your next neighbor. If your looking to move, look no further. The pricing is based on what your looking for with multiple options of sizing and pricing to fit your families needs. I’ve lived in several states and several places and this is as close to perfect as Connecticut can offer. Close proximity to all of your shopping needs and great restaurants. “Will you be my neighbor?”

I've have recently moved out. My biggest complain is that the construction of buildings is ridiculously poor and old. I lived in the 3rd (top) floor one bedroom. Walls and floor are paper-thin. Just like the other reviews, I can hear my downstairs (2 adults+2 kids) clearly, especially when their kids were shouting and crying, which happens almost every morning and every afternoon. So I, the upstairs, had to be waken up at 7 am in every morning unwillingly. My living room was shaking when downstairs adults was walking in their living room, not even mention kids running. I can even easily hear another neighbor kid across the hallway crying. It seems that there is no privacy and I was living with all my neighbors. Mice problem? Had, don't want to recall. Pros: maintenance is quick; location is convenient.

I have been living at the Pavilions since 2016. Perfect location and good amenities. Management staff is great, very friendly and helpful . Apartments are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. Jorge and his team are the best maintenance guys, very professional and always respond quickly to any problems in our apartment.

Pavilions is known for its best location. If you do not have a car, this is the best place to live in. Secondly, the maintenance team is very efficient. When I faced issues, I have got my fridge and washer replaced with new one. I know that I am paying a little more than my budget, but I can't complain as they have always done outstanding job in the maintenance part. Definitely one of the best place to have a home in Manchester.
