I am a current resident at the pavilions and must say in the past 2 years I have grown to really love and adore this little community, because it is just that. A community, the pavilions is an extremely safe and well kept place. This place has all of the amenities you could want in a new apartment community, from pools to pool tables, gym tennis court racquet ball court and more. The entire staff is amazing, the Matenince team is exceptional if you find yourself having an issue it will be resolved in hours, not days. The front office is ran extremely well and professional and there is always events put on by this great small community. This place is the home to over 1000 different families from different backgrounds all waiting to be your next neighbor. If your looking to move, look no further. The pricing is based on what your looking for with multiple options of sizing and pricing to fit your families needs. I’ve lived in several states and several places and this is as close to perfect as Connecticut can offer.
