I cannot speak for the entire practice as I only went once with 1 therapist. My therapist came in, did her assessment, went over some somatics exercises, asked me to do ten sets and she said she would be back. Well she didn't come back. So the therapist in the next room who had a patient came over and hooked me up to a tens machine. I haven't had any luck with tens machines and have tried them several times. I was on it for what seemed like forever. When the machine went off, I had to unhook myself from it to use the restroom. Today I tried a different physicaly therapy office and it was a completely different experience. The therapist was with me the whole time and worked with me on retraining my muscles to relax. I will not return to Farmington Valley Physical Therapy. I cannot say you will have a bad experience there. I do not know the circumstances around why my therapist did not return until it was time for me to leave. ~Ann
