I left BofA after years of thinking about it. The people in the Wallingford branch are as fine and helpful as can be, but they are stymied by an organization that only knows how to push products and doesn't care at all about customer service. I gave up trying online to discover why a transfer from a foreign country hadn't gone through. I gave up and switched to TDK. When I went to my local BofA branch to close my account, it took nearly two hours. The teller helping me couldn't herself get through by telephone to the next person up the chain of information to stop an automatic withdrawal. ~neil
