Just went to Valvoline for an oil change. Every other time I have been there they checked my tire pressure etc. When I asked why this wasn't being done the woman stated that I had only asked for an oil change. At $78 for an oil change the least they could do would be to check my tires, air filter, etc ad they have done in the past. Will not be giving this place any more of my business; very poor customer service. Service: Oil change

Wouldn't work here ever. Managers don't know what they are doing and misinform everyone. Store manager is a tool and a half and has no respect for anyone. Doesn't do his job at all but sits and whines everytime a customer drives up. No training at all and you get criticized when you make mistakes due to the lack of training. Store needs new management big time. There's a reason alot of people in the past have left. The environment sucks completely and is unwelcoming. Valvoline is a great company but they really need a new set of management and some legitimate training for new employees there and not just being bashed and talked about behind people's backs. That whole setup is like being in middle school again with all the name calling and talking about one another. My advice is yes work for Valvoline but most definitely not at this location. Completely disorganized in all aspects.

Drove up, had a full synthetic oil change done with in 20 minutes. Waited in car while it was being done. Good service, used a Groupon coupon for discount, which they honored with no questions asked. No appointment needed. They gave us a print out of what the car was due for as far as it's maintenance. They were very polite and courteous.

It was quick and fast. The technician was friendly and professional. I was in the car the whole time. There was no line since I went after checking their least busy times. It took 15 min. Oil change with middle priced synthetic oil is like $75. You can Google coupons which they always seem to have online and find the $25 coupons and not settle for the $10 on their web site.
