Best auto parts store in Windham, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Truly horrible customer service. I came in at 7:30 am for an oil change and was told I had to wait until 8 am for the manager to arrive. As I’m waiting/walking around the auto care center, the same person who told me to wait is checking someone else out for AN OIL CHANGE at 7:50. So they put the other car in front of me and I had to wait even longer. The auto technician was very nice, but the manager and register person didn’t care at all. Never coming back. ~Kiera
