Best dollar store in Frederica, Delaware (DE) 2024

I picked up half a gallon of milk not thinking didnt think the sell by date really mattered. thought u atleast have a couple days till it goes spoiled but I brought it home poured a nice big cup with some cookies on the side. Took a big ol drink and almost threw up the milk was so spoiled. So I call the store to try to get a replacement or atleast my money back and the phone rang for about 10 mins straight and no one answered . Now I'm going back down there before they close and taking the empty milk jug and try to get a replacement half gallon. I'll write another review with the results of my interaction with the manager about this situation. I could've swore stores are supposed to take the milk out before the sell by date but I'm not the FDA so I dont know ~Amanda
