Very rude lady when I went to make a loan payment this lady makes me very frustrated constantly so she can’t find my account constantly asked for other identification from me asked for my license, my Social Security number. I never have an issue when I go to any SunTrust but I find it very out of line how she treated me in last time how I went to make a payment. I’ve never experienced this before and even with a gentleman saying the same thing that he can’t find my account whenever I go to any SunTrust I bring the slip that they give me and they never have any issue finding my account. I think she lost the respect how to treat people. When someone is making a loan payment you don’t give them a hard time your job is to help them not make them frustrated. I will never go there again horrible horrible experience and terrible customer service on both of them work on your customer service skills and treat people with respect and not literally use your job to embarrass them or constantly say that you can’t find their account because you don’t know how to do your job right. ~BonBon

Bright and beautiful, this new construction, with traditional 7/11 styling, brings a fresh look to a tired corner of town. Dual entrances to this new gas station allow easy access, but expect large semitrucks filling the limited parking. Plenty of well lit pumps, and access to two major highways, make this a great place to start a road trip! ~Wicked

Ordered my truck (F350 crew cab) December 2 of 21, I knew it would be a long wait with the supply chain issues. Got my truck in 7 months after I ordered it and Bartow Ford made the pick up and paperwork smooth and easy. Fastest transaction I have ever had at a dealership, I was in and out with my new truck in about an hour and a half. Great salesman, Rodney Rodrigez, was super nice and very informative. Check engine light came on my Volvo so I tried finding out what was causing it at 2 other mechanic shops and got different answers that didn’t make sense for that specific error code. Looked for another mechanic opinion and not many want to work on Volvos. I found Main Street on google with great reviews who said they’d take a look. They found a vacuum leak within an hour and fixed it for a great price. Check Engine Light is now off. It’s hard to find a reliable,trustworthy mechanic nowadays, but I’ve finally found one. I’ll be going to Main Street from now on. Thank you. ~Olivia

Super nice crew working here. They have made a few hydraulic hoses for me the past few weeks. They have a great selection of parts from cars to a semi. Only wish this location was closer to my shop. I'd be giving them a lot more business. ~Chris
