There are no minus stars , so I had to give the one star. This was the most unusual experience, in communication and business practice, I have ever had just trying to fix a truck. I’ll even, play devils advocate for Jeff Adair, I know I’m a very small fish in a big DPH pond. But just maybe he got his trucks mixed up, was given the wrong info from the shop, but there is no way what I was told, and what happened during diagnosis, could have really took place. Cost me close to $2700 in extra expenses, for 4 remanufactured injectors, and a missed diagnosis. Got a lot to say here, and will fix later, got to go… ~Eddie
