Worst Bank experience I've had in years. I USED to go in once a month to cash a check from a client. I've never had a problem (other than like most banks, always being understaffed since COVID) until today and my meeting the mgr L. Pimentel and the drive thru attendant (unknown). After presenting a small check written on your bank's check by your customer with no less than 5 forms of ID (including a state license) she refused to cash it. Because, I refused to sign the back of My debit/credit card from another bank (it's a security issue as far as I'm concerned). What is the purpose of checks if they can't be cashed? Should I be Required to have an account with every bank that I may receive a check from? I can see why banks are losing customers en masse. Courteous is most important according to your sign inside. To bad it's just advertising and has no meaning to your manager/employee at this location. ~Trace
