Worst Bank experience I've had in years. I USED to go in once a month to cash a check from a client. I've never had a problem (other than like most banks, always being understaffed since COVID) until today and my meeting the mgr L. Pimentel and the drive thru attendant (unknown). After presenting a small check written on your bank's check by your customer with no less than 5 forms of ID (including a state license) she refused to cash it. Because, I refused to sign the back of My debit/credit card from another bank (it's a security issue as far as I'm concerned). What is the purpose of checks if they can't be cashed? Should I be Required to have an account with every bank that I may receive a check from? I can see why banks are losing customers en masse. Courteous is most important according to your sign inside. To bad it's just advertising and has no meaning to your manager/employee at this location.

This branch has had terrible customer service for many many years. I called Libny the "manager" because Sabita made a mistake with a deposit and rather than apologizing to me I was made to feel it was my fault. Please train your tellers and "managers" to catch errors and be more respectful.

Teller Sabina was discussing something not related to my account while talking with her hands with my check on her left hand..ha..I asked her if everything ok.. she gave me attitude saying she needs to do it in 2 transaction..all I said was I see a lot of talking..

Went in there to get a checking account at 4:08pm and there were 4 bankers in there just one customer and told me that couldn’t help me out today to com back next week Lol worst customer service ever..

I wouldn’t even give a star ! Poor poor management go in to make change for $100 dollar bill for $5’s for my company (mind you me and another employee came in twice last week due to not haveing change in our draw ) for them to tell me that if I don’t have an account with them that they can’t make change ! You are a bank that’s what a bank is for . After this review I’ll also be making a call to the BBB as well as the news in making it hard for a company to be open when your the closest bank before closeting time !

I came in at 4:59, a minute before closing and they still went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. The banker Mr. Vesco was just about to leave to pick up his kid at school, but without hesitation went back to his desk and signed in again to help me replace my debit card. He was very kind and did not make any deal out of working extra to help me. Wonderful staff there, I really appreciate the work you all do.

The customer service at the Wells Fargo in Cape Canaveral is exceptional. You are greeted as soon as you walk in the door and are treated as a friend. I've never had bad service at any Wells Fargo, but they seem to go out of their way for you at this one.

Incompetent! Don’t expect anything more then a simple deposit or withdraw from them. Their motto is curiosity, but small talk doesn’t substitute competence.

Lame customer service. Never felt like such an inconvenience. One of the ladies called me a little girl (that was actually pretty funny) and the guy kept sighing and rubbing his hands across his face. Guess he wasn't in the mood to help. Not to mention, if you work at the establishment, shouldn't you be a little more educated on your tech services such as the company's app? I've never written a review before but it was a pretty unpleasant experience.
