I've never had any problems and if I did, Educators Music fixed the problem in a timely fashion with a professional business type attitude and approach. They also rent and service school instruments. In fact, they provide lessons for instruments of all kinds. Educators Music has also opened a coffee and pastry cafe that connects to the music store. Its a great place for parents that may want a cup of coffee while waiting for their child to finish up a music lesson.
