Best truck rental agency in Cape Coral, Florida (FL) 2024

I have used Penske for years as I never had an issue. They always bragged about always having a trick when making a reservation, unlike U-Haul. Well, this is not true: I had a reservation made for days and guess what, there was no truck on the day of the reservation. I was not impressed with Penske to say the least. They used to offer stronger customer service and better reservations. Now, they are as bad as U-Haul, and this is not a compliment! ~A
