Best hearing aid store in Clearwater, Florida (FL) 2024

We have had decent customer service in the past, however it seems the technicians are constantly changing at this location. When my dad had his hearing aids sent in to be fixed, he had an appointment with Dudley to pick them up and check the settings, etc., Dudley was very rude and basically "blew him off". He didn't want to answer any questions or hear about any of his concerns. He just wanted him to be gone. Dudley should not be in any customer service profession! ~Sheryl
