Nate is fabulous coach and Larissa is great support with nutrition and lifestyle. A couple that is truly dedicated to their clients and available for them. This was my first time working with personal coach and when I met Nate for a "trial" session and knew right away that this is someone I want to work with. Nate has great approach and support to make clients do exercises they thought they can't. (In my case was 22 inches box jump, that I never imagine trying before and with his guidance, I did 10 times). Workouts and exercises were different every session and targeting different muscle groups and body areas. After I moved, we continued working online, which was also something that I did not believe it possible), but intensity and quality of workouts was the same as in person. Larissa is dedicated in finding great nutrition plan for clients, give advice in lifestyle quality and changes needed to achieve the best one for yourself.
