i went in with my husband for a quick phone issue. Lisa and Nicole were able to help me figure out what the issue was. Nicole was hands down the sweetest representative this store has had. Lisa was very knowledgeable. Without their help, i'd still be stuck with this issue. ~Victoria

Sorry customer service.. both stores closed at 6:30& 6:45 signs say open till 7. Even after speaking with someone they said the manager told them to close because of no customers. Even tho I was there wanting to purchase a new sim card. I guess I wasn't enough of a customer for 5 minutes of the stores time.. ~rafael
