Terrible service.! Terrible customer service!. The worse attitude.! Did NOT want to assist me! I was the only 1 in the store, so she was NOT busy at all. I guess helping customers isn't a part of her job description. She only wanted to sit and be on her phone.

i went in with my husband for a quick phone issue. Lisa and Nicole were able to help me figure out what the issue was. Nicole was hands down the sweetest representative this store has had. Lisa was very knowledgeable. Without their help, i'd still be stuck with this issue.

I’m so glad Clewiston, Florida has a t-mobile store. My apple phone was all cracked up on the back glass, and my carrier didn’t want to upgrade it for me. I work in Moore Haven, 9mi away from Clewiston. So I went in to see, not expecting anything. I was greeted right away by Nicole. WOW! Was I ever surprised what happened next. Not only did I get the iPhone 13pro max but the promotions were all over the place, yes every where you looked there was another promotion, not kidding man. Anyway I saved around 700. Dollars on my 13 pro max. I came back the next Sunday with my wife and she got an iPhone 13 pro mini. Nicole made sure we saved money and had everything needed for those phones. She was so prepared and very professional. Made me feel very good buying from that store. Thank you T-mobile!

Great Experience, had some technical issues, but the Store ManagerJose took care of me. Very knowledgeable and very patient with the tons of questions I had. Come and see him, he'll help you out and you'll be pleased.

I hate that I even had to give one star.Terrible customer service you can never talk to a human and when you do talk to a human they direct you to a robot. No one is ever in a position to actually do anything helpful and when you want to talk to someone who could resolve your issue they promptly tell you to write a letter…. I hate t mobile more than I hated sprint and highly advise using literally any other phone company. What kind of phone company doesn’t have a phone number to contact corporate? If I have to write a freaking letter what’s the point of my phone service? What am I paying for? It’s definitely not any service. T mobile is a scam. Spare yourself the countless hours of being on hold and not being listened to and take your business elsewhere.

Went to change my sim and they were literally closing down the gates to the front. Lady told me to come back in an hour because they needed to clean and disinfect. Could of told me not come back cause when I came back an hour and some later they were still closed. Tried calling that number and no one ever answered.
