Best cell phone store in Cutler Bay, Florida (FL) 2024

I want to take the time to give Orlando 5 stars. My mother recently visited a cricket store which he was filling in and she was the happiest lady with his service. I then went to purchase a new phone for my phone was not working properly. He had great customer service. I have been in retail for many many years therefor I believe I know good service. A complete fail of a cracked screen repair. I should have known by the price they weren't using quality parts, but I assumed my phone would be useable after the repair! The glass is dark, screen is tacky and impossible to text. Any touch makes the screen shake so you can't scroll on the phone. And I can't get a refund because I live out of town. ~Susan
