The most horrible experience in retail so far came in baught a Nintendo switch with Animal Crossing was told game was included found out later no game is inside the Box clearly states on the outside of the box game not included was told by employee at register it was included Guillermo was too busy watching YouTube videos on his phone to even check the box or even have the aptitude to know his products. Came in few days later and talked to Carlos the manager who didn't care and brushed me off and said he couldn't do anything. All I was asking for was an exchange for a pre owned unit to spend the difference on the game. Horrible horrible experience. Went next door to Bestbuy to spend my money! Was told I would get a calm from district manager ..still waiting. ~Joby
