Back home we have a place called vg's it is a sort of premium grocery store. That is what Publix reminds me of. The hot food section was cranking out fresh boars had subs and sides. The butcher had a wide variety of cuts for all the meats. I saw many brands I haven't seen but missed for a very long time. Flavors that I haven't seen of many brands that I do have locally. Super clean huge workforce fixing and stocking everything without being in the way. When I was leaving a worker saw me bringing my cart back and walked halfway across the parking lot to get it from me instead of just chilling out in the shade. He didn't have to do that right at that moment but he did. That is what I mean when I say premium grocery store. ~Dizz

Word is that the Winn Dixie on the beach is more expensive than on the mainland. NOT TRUE! I was pleasantly surprised, even shocked by the prices on most items like lettuce. Folks visiting our beaches can take it from a mainland shopper that you are getting some of the lowest prices at any Winn Dixie. And extremely nice cashiers will check you out. WIN WIN 👍🏾👴🏾 ~Dan
