Joe, the owner, and Tyler, the tech are fantastic. I took my bike in due to some issues I were having and have a great conversation regarding whether to repair or trade in. After talking about the options, Joe recommended we repair the bike. He could have pushed me towards a new bike but he recommended options that would make my bike a better fit for me (risers to make my ride more comfortable). It is great to have a shop so close to my house that truly cares about the customer. I will always bring my bike here for any needs I have. ~Lucas
