Best cosmetics store in Fern Park, Florida (FL) 2024

I travel across the entire state of Florida for business every day. I've been in dozens, if not almost 100 different Florida locations. From a customer's perspective, this location should serve to be an example of how the rest *should* operate. The store is always clean, and the staff are always extraordinarily pleasant and attentive, whether busy or not. In a crowd of staff that already stands out among other stores, the one that stands out within this store the most is the same one who the negative nelly who gave the 1-star review was complaining about, the older gentleman with the glasses. I have been coming to this location for YEARS. He practically trips over himself to help me and others whenever I am in the store. I have never seen him treat anyone any way other than very helpful and polite. If one person is saying they take issue with him specifically, I am inclined to believe the issue is more likely the negative, nasty disposition of that customer rather than this staff member. I will intentionally drive past 10 or 15 Walgreen's and CVS stores to get to this one. I hope they are being recognized for their exemplary overall performance. ~Garrett
