Best gym in Fort Walton Beach, Florida (FL) 2024

Dumbbells to 150, machines for all body parts, squat racks, cable machines, anything you need. Very much appreciated the vibe of just a gym built for men and women that want to work hard and have the equipment to build muscle. Owner worked with a week rate and made it very simple. So glad I came here on our vacation. ~Ben

I had the pleasure and privilege of visiting this gym when I visited a friend who is a member and it was awesome! The workouts were fun and engaging and the atmosphere was even better! When I walked in I was greeted so warmly and instantly felt at ease (I train as and when childcare permits so maybe once a month) so pretty much a newbie! and the coaches tailored the workout for me and helped by explaining each exercise to me. I genuinely felt so welcome in this gym and feel very jealous of all their members that get to train there full time (if only I didn’t live in the UK!) I would be there every day. Aside from being a really nice place to be I have also seen the results that are produced here and they speak for themselves (check out their Instagram 😁) and also the support that the coaches here give their clients is second to none. ~Kathryn

What the gym might lack in size makes up for in its members and staff personnel. Every time I walk in I’m greeted with a smile and hello from those who work there and even some of the usuals in the gym. The trainers are personable and eager to help you reach your fitness goals. I am grateful to have found such a great place to workout and pursue my fitness ambitions! ~abbey

It’s a fun experience for me and my children. Coach Dennis is awesome. My body looks amazing after doing boxing for a few weeks. Most of all… my mind, attitude & mood is much better! It’s always better to take it out on the punching bag than people! ~Lilly
