I came 10 mins early for my replacement card my curbside appointment was at 1:30. I checked in on the phone and I had to go inside and risk contracting COVID to obtain my card replacement. I waited an additional 13 mins to get my card because it wasn’t ready. I now have 5 mins left on my lunch break. I see why this branch has 2.9 stars ~Perla

Trying to access my $$$ they locked my account because they said I had “ no activity “ they said they unlocked it but it’s still locked and it’s Monday June 20 which they say is a holiday so their closed? WHAT HOLIDAY I’ve tried calling and spoke to Darren in the main office a who told me it would be unlocked and my money available that afternoon- THAT WAS A WEEK AGO it’s still not available.it’s July 11th and 3 weeks since trying to access . Still no access . I’ve spoken to Darren and Naletha in the main office and they have contacted the local branch but still no access. ~George

I stopped by to grab a sub for lunch and wasn't disappointed. The store was pretty much clean and organized as with other and the employees were nice and respectful. The landscape at this location was one awesome. The mens restroom could've been cleaned and only one of the two sinks worked. It would've been nice to see self checkout registers because I purchased one item and the transaction probably would've been about one minute to scan and pay. The sub I ate for lunch was great. ~Reviews

This bank cares less about your situation, I received 7 fees due to a bad month and this bank cared less. Was told everything is automated and it doesn't matter how long you been with the bank or how much money you been having come in they refused to go above and beyond to help. Will definitely be closing my account and find a bank that treat you as an individual and not base you off an automated system. ~Frankie

This Dunkin is my place. I call the Manager the Boss Lady because le food is good and she and staff work fast. Her assistants the Cook has a lot humor and Ms. Afroz always takes orders and kindness and class. The other staff members are also very nice. Great place! Great Staff. Stop ~Bem
