(No customer care)..this is the most inconvenient bank ever DON'T BANK THERE..this is a picture of the entrance floor. I was the first person in the bank on a Monday morning. It's a filthy mess with used Q tips on the floor as you can see in the picture. TD Bank needs to retrain Hilary, and Aniyah, these to people have no idea how to treat consumers. Horrible service. And filthy bank.

Worst place ever!! Card machine is down and they had me waiting forever without asking If I needed assistance. Horrible place. If it's the ATM machine constantly breaking, the store itself is lacking employees.

I came 10 mins early for my replacement card my curbside appointment was at 1:30. I checked in on the phone and I had to go inside and risk contracting COVID to obtain my card replacement. I waited an additional 13 mins to get my card because it wasn’t ready. I now have 5 mins left on my lunch break. I see why this branch has 2.9 stars

Rude, and snarky, I just opened a new account, was sent an email that my deposit is available, so, I went to withdrawal and instead of nicely informing me the money was not available yet they just kept telling me well how are you going to withdraw when you have no money? Well if I knew the money wasn't available I wouldn't of even been there. Not helpful, just snarky, talking to me like I'm in the wrong? Told them 3 times I used the td website to set up my account, and doesn't listen keeps asking me how I sent it to my account, won't be going back to this branch, probably will close my account because who wants to deal with that when you are trying to use a bank service.

I had an ongoing problem that could not be resolved via the internet or telephone. I visited this location and the service was excellent. I started with a teller who took the time to work with me. Queues of other customers were developing, and my issue required phone calls that took a long time. The teller recognized this and was able to get another associate to assist me so she could continue to help other customers who need to conduct standard banking transactions. The new associate sat me at their desk and worked with me and the telephone agents to resolve my issues. This is what customer service is about. Both agents cared about my problem, but also recognized the need to help other customers too. Well done!

Very rude people, no matter how much I begged and pleased for them to help because that day I had made A 4th trip in less than 2 weeks with my 1 y/o baby, to their location, waited over 30-1hr each trip, they didn't give me any empathy to try and work out the situation, just kept talking over me saying to make ANOTHER appointment. Never going to this location again. Unorganized and very dismissive! I ended up calling customer service after they sent me to this store few times not clarifying all that will be needed from me. The call dropped while waiting to get info regarding my account. I opened a Wells Fargo account 2 seconds after the call dropped. Never will I deal with TD after all of that. Stay away!

I don’t see opening later than normal and closing earlier than normal helps anything because of the pandemic. If anything it makes the window of time smaller and more customers try to get there in the smaller window of time and run the risk of waiting in line and not getting help. And then to beat it all, their online hours don’t reflect their actual hours. I’m a non Account holder and it makes it really difficult and makes me not want to have an account here because of that. And then if that doesn’t suck enough they charge you $10 to cash a check. They need to be rioted/looted.

This is the only TD Bank branch that my boyfriend and I really like to visit. Everyone is wonderful here and they remember their customers on a first name basis... That always feels good! Definitely a great location, too! It's perfect for when we're heading home from work... Great bank! Thank you TD! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 all day!

Worst banking experience my fiancé and I have ever had. They do not explain anything to you and just tell you to sign the papers. We worked with a lady named Diana and thought she was very nice at first. They charge you $70 a day for overdraft fees. Even if you had enough money in your bank account to cover your transactions. They don't care! They still charge you and don't even waive the fee for new customers such as myself. I wish I never went to this bank and thank you to this location I will never ever bank with TD again! Whoever is the main supervisor or owner of this bank, and I am not talking about Rosa really need to consider firing their staff and starting over with people that have half a brain! Or even people that care about their customers and don't just want to rob people! Rosa was very rude and did not help at all! To think that I waited 20 minutes just to talk to somebody on the phone !! 😂 this bank and the staff is pathetic!
