Best trailer rental service in Hobe Sound, Florida (FL) 2024

Refuse to rent me a piece of equipment that I have previously rented for the exact same purpose. Refused to accept responsibility for her mistake and recheck the details. I said enjoy your negative review when I left. She says "That's fine you won't be able to rent from us anymore." I didn't realize she was going to put me on a "Nationwide" do not rent list" in the time it took me to get to the next U-Haul dealer. They were able to undo what she did and rent me the equipment that I needed. I'm going to assume she's victimized others in the past with this do not rent this. There are other alternatives to U-Haul. I had my mind made up to get this piece of equipment from U-Haul based on my previous experience with this piece of equipment. ~Benton
