Great company! Very fast service and extremely affordable. I originally brought my computer to them because it was close to my work and they seemed extremely knowledgable, and I am glad I did! Tyler knew exactly what I was talking about right away when I explained what was going on with my desktop and how to fix it. He gave me an upfront cost for repair and that is what I paid when I picked it up. It is so hard to find a "computer guy" who does not try to rip you off, or - even worse, a computer shop that says they "fixed the problem" only to have your computer crash again - not here... THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT AND HOW TO FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! If I ever have computer problems with any of my other PCs the only place I will take them is ST PETE LAPTOPS IN PARK BLVD AND 56 ST.....+++++++++ ~YADIRA

I have used Arcpoint twice in the last year, both times for Covid testing prior to international travel, and I cannot say enough good things about the experiences. Both times I was seen on schedule (actually, a little early on one occasion), and the staff members were courteous, respectful and professional. I highly recommend them. ~Bruce

Having to call for service for a broken appliance is never a fun thing. My technician, Mr. Lopez, was extremely courteous, he explained everything I needed or wanted to know, and helped me decide to enroll in the home warranty program.
