Best pawn shop in Lakeland, Florida (FL) 2024

First, I would like to say that I drove an hour just to meet these awesome people who gave EXCEPTIONAL customer service from beginning to end. I called before making my trip and spoke with Derrick. He gave the best advice a customer needs to know that would reassure they are making the right decision. Miguel and Debbie took the time out to assist me and our conversation made me feel like their friend. I will tell anyone to choose this place first, no matter the distance. Kind and helpful people are hard to find and I definitely appreciate this location. Will be back again and very soon! ~Cierra
