Best auto repair shop in Miramar, Florida (FL) 2024

Plain and simple. Do not go! I went for a simple oil change and tire alignment. I was given a time frame of 2 hours. The work was completed in almost 5. When I arrived home after the work had been completed my car would continuously beep. I called them to explain. Jesus (front desk), rather than try to gather information and look for a solution. He became defensive and stated they couldn't possibly be responsible. The solution was simple and the issue was caused by them. It was simply the head lights being on and not set to auto as I had them. And to top it all off, my wife points out that my arm was full of black gunk. I couldn't figure out why. Until I checked my center console that was full of it. Including my stirring wheel. Because the mechanic could have cared less about cleanliness. He decided it would be best to destroy my black leather interior. DON'T GO! ~Eric
