The woman that works at 11am was very rude. Went in there to play lottery and kept getting told she didn’t have cash back so if I wanted to buy lottery I had to buy without cash or change back. I play lottery a lot and this woman wouldn’t allow me to make the right purchase without being ripped off even after watching her receive money into the till . She definitely doesn’t make me want to buy from shell gas station. ~Sally

Went in as just starting to mop and when in minutes eyes was burning from over kill with bleach. Breathing wasn't a joy either, said something about it to cashier and all she could say is we like the place clean and couldn't care if the customers could breath or the effects. Once out door instant headache and not feeling well. That lasted about 20 or so minutes. I use bleach and don't react that way. ~Vera

Wonderful staff, especially " smiley " Tammy . Very knowledgeable, friendly, patient. She should be the Area Manager and train others as well because of her positive attitude, business protocols and policy she follows. Putting customers first and make the customer a priority was her goal. She resolved my issue with dedication of a business account that another branch manager refused to do. I am extremely happy with her support to me with another one of her staff members. Keep up with your work ethic and be blessed for what you do. Hopefully corporate can check in this and promote these dedicated workers who take pride in their work. ~Carla

This place was so good at first now they don't even take cash this is the third time in a row I've been there had to wait in line with hot food then have to put it back because there's absolutely no money there the robot machines have no cash the humans have no cash what's the point of even having that place open it should be shut down ~Liquid
