Postal worker that delivers mail in my route did not redeliver my package... He confronts me saying that me and some other residents were not checking our mail therefore he denied my redelivery... Went to the post office to pickup my item and file a complaint but the working lead decided to take my complaint due to manager not being on site... She pretended to write everything down but seen that she wasn't writing anything but a piece of paper and nothing formal... ~Song
