Don't really like checkin process, you sign up and it tells you example est 15 mins I know estimate but you get in right when another customer walkin didn't have appointment but then our time changes to 25 est mins....just leave it as first come and first serve like back in the day, no advantage of check in ~Kgot14u2

My husband and I have been going here for years. Absolutely the best customer service every single time. I have been an android user for years and I just switched to iPhone last week. Jody is the store manager and is always going above and beyond to make sure that everything goes as smooth as possible. We literally drive out of our way to visit this location as it is THE BEST Verizon store anywhere nearby. Thank you so much!!! We love our new phones!! ~C

The tube canister was closed because they were “working” on someone else in another lane. So I had to wait until they finished to send my transaction from another lane. Once I made my deposit the teller held my payroll check without asking/telling me about the hold. I was former a bank teller. So I am aware of proper protocol with holds. Mind you I sent my payroll stubs with my deposit. Now I have to wait until the hold drops to access my funds. I could’ve made the transaction at my other financial institution if I knew it was going to be a hold. I will not be returning to this location. ~Juciey
