Best pet supply store in Tampa, Florida (FL) 2024

The newer manager, James is AWESOME. I have been shopping at this store for quite some time and he was a breath of fresh air! He is beyond knowledgeable, helped me with everything I needed to know about my ball python, and not once did I receive ‘I don’t know’ as an answer to a question.. which often is what I get with the employees there. I even started talking about my fish tank and he helped me so much with my sick parrot fish, who is now completely back to normal! I will be back more than I have been as the energy in the store was much more friendly and it was a very pleasant experience!!! ~B

Great service.. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love this store I wish it wasn't 45 minutes from my house. I don't mind driving the 45 minutes on occasion though because they have plenty of oddities and other random things that I need. ~Tony
