Best pharmacy in Tampa, Florida (FL) 2025

They will have you on hold for a long time and they when the finally decid to answer they are rude and disrespectful and when you ask for a manager they hang up the phone in your face.... when you call back it they something... If you don't like your job then stay home cause we did nothing to you for you to be so rude disrespectful and ugly.... If you a miserable with your job find another one cause we are only calling to get a status on our medication and we have to deal with someone so rude and ugly.... ~Isabel

I had to pick up new medicine at the pharmacy. Fortunately I was treated by Nadar Girgis, the pharmacist at the time. He was actually very nice, courteous, and took the time to explain the new meds to me. He also gave me his business card in case I had any questions which I really appreciated that. The staff at the Walmart on Fletcher Pharmacy are very professional, greet you with a smile and help you as much as possible with whatever your needs are! Thanks for making me feel at ease. ~Cheryl

Called ahead to ask if meds were ready, told yes, get there 20 minutes later and they're not ready. Need to sit and wait another 20? Get it together, Publix! ~Debbie

God awful experience and if you expect even the slightest effort from them in any capacity, you will be disappointed. I had to make 8 calls to resolve an issue with an RX transfer that the pharmacist ultimately fixed with ONE call, which could’ve been done in the first place. They will make no effort to get you the lowest price on your RX. What they wanted to charge me through my insurance (nearly $300 per month), I found on GOOD RX for $60 per month. When I asked why they didn’t suggest that, the tech said (verbatim) “oh, would you want to use that? I have never had a worse experience. ~Lisa
