I went into the store at approximately 8 AM getting gas feeling a bit tired. I was met with smiles and positive attitude from everyone on the staff. I didn’t know where coffee or cream was and they were there to assist me with the machine and to help me anyway they could. Then they were bringing out fresh sandwiches and it smelled so good I decided to have one. The employees there really care about customers and they keep one of the cleanest stores I’ve ever been in. ~Andy

I think pretty much the service is fine... I use to go there to fill up my car and everyone is friendly and kind... also their gas prices are one of the cheapest in the area... ~Gregory

Very disappointed in the customer service. So rude and playing like they are Gods on this earth. Since I came in America ( 20 years ago ) never felt this much insulted. But thanks to you Amscot and people that works for you you just did that. I was always feeling strange when I come to the store because of there attitude. But today was over the top. As usually I came to pick up money Wester Union that my mom send it to me. Tony was very very rude. He was asking me questions that that they "need " to asked because of "govrement" but then continuing asking personal question why my mother sending me money in two different transaction, do I know that is "illegal ", do I know that , do I know this ..... Because she is trying to help me as much as she can. Is that enough good answer ? And then it didn't stop there he continue to telling me how she won't be able to do that anymore , they will not allowed he and on and on and on. I show him that he went to far more than his profession allowed him as a just Amscot teller, but he had very bad attitude. I finally left the place because It was over the top of him thinking he gonna make me miserable. His job is to ask me just who is sending and why ( if even that because in other Wester union places they ask you just who and how much ), but to play police !!! Like i came to still that money ? that was to much. There is other institution that can ask me and if it is crime that mother try to help daughter, self employee then we lost all sence of family and humanity. Everybody get offended so easy but when guy like that start attacking mother - women ( 5 ft tall) that was even nice to him then I do not know how Amscot thinks to survive in this time of modern world with this customer service. To bad , you just lost one of nice customer and I am not gonna ever go to Amscot - never ever . Amscot needs to shame how they are doing this busness. We are not here because of them but they are here because of us. Very bad. And if I can give zero start I will do that , and I do not remember when I gave less then 5 stars anybody. Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are the worst of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I never call and not have to wait on the phone 30 min just to find out they don’t have a med. I never have continuity of treatment bc they are always on back order. Then on top of that, the pharm staff acts like it’s not their job to answer the phone or address live customers, even when the lines are completely empty. I’ve never seen a decline in customer service like Walgreens has suffered the past 10 years. Completely different company than they used to be from the top down. ~John

13 is absolutely the best with flashy lights! He helped me get my vehicle to the next level. He was able to install color shifting flow series lights in my headlights, grill, underglow, wheel wells, and wheel rings. I have 6 blue ghozt controllers that connect and can run any color or color pattern with motion. It’s the coolest thing ever! Also 13 is a great guy. He works super hard to get things done and done right. I would totally recommend him to anyone who is serious about any type of lighting upgrades. Thanks 13! ~Christopher
