Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are the worst of any pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I never call and not have to wait on the phone 30 min just to find out they don’t have a med. I never have continuity of treatment bc they are always on back order. Then on top of that, the pharm staff acts like it’s not their job to answer the phone or address live customers, even when the lines are completely empty. I’ve never seen a decline in customer service like Walgreens has suffered the past 10 years. Completely different company than they used to be from the top down.

The most disorganized pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Shocking that it's even allowed to affiliate with Walgreens. And here I am, on time for my scheduled Covid booster and I'm told the pharmacy is closed because there is no pharmacist available. What? Not even the store manager knows why. What a joke.

The pharmacy here is a joke. They are rude and have zero customer service skills. They have gone as far as to hang up the phone mid call on me in the past. Often they don't have the medication I need in stock even though I've been getting it there continuously. Sometimes when you go to pick up your needed medicine it's $100.00 other times it's $15.00. In fact last time I went there for my 3 month supply they chastised me and told me "Do you know this is $1000.00?" I said well last time I came it was a $10.00 copay and I have a copay card. They replied it's still $200.00 with the card and just walked away. They returned a few minutes later ( because I was still in the drive thru ) and said the co pay card covered it. I go through this same process every three months when I pick up my medications. Someone needs to be fire and this needs to looked at by Corprate Headquarters. They make my life miserable because I'm reliant upon the medication. I hope one day the show is on the other foot and they are the customer. Unbelievable poorest quality pharmacy I have ever experienced. SOMEONE PLEASE FIRE THESE RUDE PEOPLE.

We ised Walgreens before we moved so I was delighted to find a Walgreens to transfer medications too. Despite being incompetent. I mean completely dont have a clue whats going on, they are some of THE RUDEST people! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this pharmacy, very poorly run

I do not know why this Pharmacy treats ppl like DIRT especially if you have any controlled medications. Oh they make you wait 2 or more weeks. Its Our home Town and we are always treated badly. The others are ok. We have to drive miles away to get my Xanax filled. . When I get my last refill there I'm gone. So make sure you are getting all regular medication. This Walgreens is very Rude!!!.

The pharmacy is so bad. Slow and always getting scripts wrong. The drive through is the absolute worse. I hate that this where our insurance says we have to go.

I was just in there 5 min ago, a very heavy set man with earrings was the rudest person I have ever had wait on me at the front cashier. So I haven't slept in 4days , but I'm still kind to people. I get up there with a Doan pill coupon off the box, and 2 CVs coupons, sorry excuse me I made a error. HE SAYS THATS NOT A COUPON AND THATS NOT MY STORE!!! HOW MEAN CAN YOU BE? HE SAYS IM PROBABLY NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO SCAN THIS BIX COUPON, BC THERE WAS A TEAR ON THE CORNER, I SAID CAN YOU PLEASE CHECK SINCE THE OTHER 2 WERENT FROM THIS STORE? WHAT DO YOU KNOW IT SCANNED! IF YOU WANT RUDE AND MEAN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU! WONT EVER BE BACK!!

It saddens me to give 1 star to my local Walgreens which I’ve visited over 20 years but I can’t rely on them to fill my prescriptions. My doctor will call in the script and Walgreens will claim they have no record of it. This has now occurred on 3 separate occasions. They’re nice and apologetic when my doctor calls again but this is unacceptable and potentially dangerous service.

I have been with this pharmacy around 10 years. There have been issues with different prescriptions from time to time. Currently, the situation has gotten worse. Walgreens has not been able to fill one of my prescriptions for several weeks. This has affected my health. Recently I attempted to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Walgreens has not responded to this request for a week. They simply don’t care.
