I would never recommend and i pray your business never crosses our path again. Overall, it was a Very unpleasant interaction and lack of customer service throughout, this business while trying to retrieve an automobile. So whether you were raised in the deep, deep south and have a certain outlook on specific groups Or not. It does come across in the business setting. And its unfortunate we were ignored completely the first 20 minutes, and then was addressed abruptly and impolite. All the while still maintaining a smile 😃and praying for the actions of others. Then when car was brought around. The driver, pulled in kicking up dust. Left the car door open and walked away. No have a nice day, or anything. So for future reference. When dealing with the public. Remember to be polite, be kind, and most important be professional. Everyone you meet, is dealing with something and kindness, compassion and a level of professionalism would help in all situations . Shame on you guys,. I was there in real time with the customer. Best showers in the area PERIOD! Great drivers lounge w/ a pool table, TV, games, plenty of washing machines & jumbo dryers that arent full of mold or nastyness. Chrome shop staff is super friendly & helpful, have virtually anything & everything in stock... plus the parking area is very secure & no rookies anywhere.... meaning your not wading through puddles of piss & worrying about having your hood torn off at 3am while your asleep. YUP this place is a 5 outta 5 ~Jason

The only good thing is that the washer and dryers work but, I'm pretty sure women need a toilet seat to use the bathroom and it costed me 20 dollers to do two loads in the washer and 1 cycle in the dryer. Not the best laundromat to go to ~Jacob

Guy was great at the counter. Looked the part up and showed me the view of the location on the car . Daughter was quoted over 700.00 to replace the unit . My cost was 57.00 . Parts very accessible on the car to replace. Oil change could have been a costly one . Especially when the tech tells the daughter you probably can have it done somewhere else more reasonable. These oil changing facilities need to do what they advertise and leave the mechanics to automotive repair specialist. ~Rick
