I would never recommend and i pray your business never crosses our path again. Overall, it was a Very unpleasant interaction and lack of customer service throughout, this business while trying to retrieve an automobile. So whether you were raised in the deep, deep south and have a certain outlook on specific groups Or not. It does come across in the business setting. And its unfortunate we were ignored completely the first 20 minutes, and then was addressed abruptly and impolite. All the while still maintaining a smile 😃and praying for the actions of others. Then when car was brought around. The driver, pulled in kicking up dust. Left the car door open and walked away. No have a nice day, or anything. So for future reference. When dealing with the public. Remember to be polite, be kind, and most important be professional. Everyone you meet, is dealing with something and kindness, compassion and a level of professionalism would help in all situations . Shame on you guys,. I was there in real time with the customer. Thankyou for Nothing .

Car wouldn’t start after stopping near Wildwood on our way home to Illinois. Driver came and assessed to see if it was just the battery but it wasn’t so we got towed to a dealer nearby. The driver was so kind and they were quick to get us taken care of. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a tow in this area. Price was fair too.

They towed my car 5 miles charged $125.00. Upon arrival at shop mechanic told me that there was a crack in my radiator. Received a verbal estimate of $1026.00 for repairs. Decided to have vehicle towed to local shop bill jumped to $200 cause they charged $75 for diagnostic really already knew radiator was bad

We had just packed up the car after visiting relatives in Florida. We’re from Michigan and were heading home. However, we only drove about 10 miles and had a significant front brake failure. The front brake locked up and the car was not drivable. A friendly Sheriff’s deputy lined up a tow from Wildwood for us. It was close to our location and he stated they had a great reputation. When they found out we were on a long distance trip, they indicated they would look at it early that afternoon. Although the damage could have been much worse, Wildwood started working on the problem that afternoon despite what looked like plenty of other work already in the shop. Unfortunately the problem required a part that wouldn’t be available until the next morning. The part arrived and Wildwood worked on it right away. By around 10:00 a.m. the car was fixed and we were on our way. The price charged for labor and materials was fair. Wildwood made a very stressful situation come to a quick resolution. Thank you for your patience with me. You towed my truck at my request what originated through my own lack of good judgment as I had ingested a chemical to stay awake and had an adverse reaction, ending up in the hospital. My choices got me there by grace of the Lord and officer as well as community. I was careless and walked 4.5 miles to get the vehicle as I did not plan ahead and determine where they were. Bring cash though as in my situation, that was only currency acceptable. They towed my truck full of possessions from a busy parking lot and kept everything safe while I was in a hospital. They were pleasant and kind when I arrived, allowing me to get into the vehicle and obtain necessary documentation. I am very grateful for the help of all in this chaotic situation I had created. Wildwood took a quick moment to diagnose my wife's engine code when it started sputtering on the Turnpike. They were able to quickly provide enough of a diagnosis to determine that it was safe to drive to the facility where the work is covered by the warranty, and they did not charge for the service! We were driving our motorhome from Colorado to Kissimmee when we noticed it started acting sluggish. Soon it was barely moving so we pulled it into Wildwood Auto Repair. My husband spoke to them and they said they wouldn't be able to get to it that day because of other cars ahead of us. They said we could park and stay across in the lot for the night and they would try to get to us the next day. Matt was awesome and came over to run a diagnostic on it around 9:30am and see what was causing our issues. He determined it was some water in the air intake and filter. He patched a crack on the intake and replaced the filter. Within 2 hours they had us on the road to Kissimmee with some time to take our kids to Universal Studios for a half day and back on track for the rest of our vacation!! Other places we called were telling us it would be a few WEEKS before they could look at it for us. Thank you Matt and the friendly people at Wildwood Auto for getting us back on the road and saving our vacation!!! Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
