Very un organized and unprofessional. Wont go in to too much detail the new guy in register very nice multi task in a efficient way. The owner or the owners son not so much. Make sure you get there 30 minutes sooner and make sure you get correct equipment. Owner started yelling and the guy in register because a judge was there waiting and told cashier that uhaul customers always wait the other customer are more important. Called back because they gave me the wrong dolly and really not understanding. The cashier did a great job with what he had available. ~Dave

don’t believe everything you read. i think a lot of folks are just impatient and then blame the service. but if they did some meditation and weren’t so cranky it might help. had a great experience here. both service agents Natasha and Britney were incredibly helpful. i rented a corolla in great condition and the prices were fair. everything pretty straight forward and seamless. y’all need to chill out lol ~Kia
