It's a time consuming process to get a response here.
They had my mower for weeks...to the tune of 5 or 6 not 2 or 3. Call backs were rare to nonexistent.
The price tag for the repairs went up and up each time I was able to speak with the repair person.
In the end the mower runs well, so there's that. And I didn't have to purchase a new one so there's that.
But overall, I'm not terribly impressed about much of this lengthy experience aside from the exorbitant price tag and lack of communication. ~Teronda
