It's a time consuming process to get a response here. They had my mower for weeks...to the tune of 5 or 6 not 2 or 3. Call backs were rare to nonexistent. The price tag for the repairs went up and up each time I was able to speak with the repair person. In the end the mower runs well, so there's that. And I didn't have to purchase a new one so there's that. But overall, I'm not terribly impressed about much of this lengthy experience aside from the exorbitant price tag and lack of communication.

My chainsaw is only used to clear downed limbs/trees after storms. Hurricane Michael left me with a lot to clear. My bar would not adjust the slack out of the chain anymore. I took the saw to Butler's and got exactly what I needed. Butler's does a great job on lawnmowers too.

Absolutely terrible wish I could give them no stars. Do not take your chains saw to be sharpened at this place.

We need to support our local business . Mr. Butler is honest, helpful, and informative. I will suggest to anyone in need of lawn care or in my case a new chainsaw this is the place to go .

Just left butler repair shop 6/19/2019 12:45pm the owners son asked me to leave cause he doesn't like n...as and called the police. Somebody took this post down I will screen shot it this time and put on my social media so others can share if it comes down again.
