Not impressed. Ordered the Cabot-Fitza Special, got given a burnt Pepperoni Pizza (barely any pepperoni). Called the manager (David Racine) over, told me to get over it? Also told me that I ordered a Supreme Dish and it was my fault? Terrible service. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. As Judge Judy would say. "This is OUT-RAGEOUS" !

Extremely disappointed.. Ordered the Cabot special and opened the box and see a large amount of ginger hair pieces on my pizza, I called the manager named David Racoon? forgot his last name but he said It was meant to be on the pizza since that what the Cabot Special is. Never ordering from here again. Would not recommend this place.

Honestly, not a bad restaurant. Staffers seemed enthusiastic, especially the manager, David. everything was clean, however I was accidentally given the wrong pizza, where it had "Square Is God" written on it. Confused, I asked him if he mixed up orders, and he said it was meant for his friend "Square" (who??? I've lived in this town for 20 years and do not know anyone named "Square"), however he quickly gave me my pizza (very delicious!). Later on that day, my son was sitting at his computer playing "disco" and "Ride way", when I saw the same pizza on his screen, attached to a profile called "DevGralius". Probably a coincidence, nonetheless an interesting story! Overall the service and the food was great.

I went in the store today and I asked for the cabot special and the Manager david kindly assisted me and made my pizza I like it alot But only 3 stars because the racine guy was not very nice when I asked him about his p*do tendencies in the NUSA game

I will not go back to this restaurant. Worker tending the oven WITH NO MASK ON. Saturday March 6, 2021 at 8:55pm I asked the other two workers WHY FO YOU ALLOW HIM TO WORK WITHOUT A MASK ON? The workers did not say one word... ignored my questions NASTY ! COVID COULD BE ON YOIR PIZZA ! This no mask guy is taking pizzas out of the oven and putting them into a box .... NOT FOLLOWING COVID GUIDELINES AT ALL ! NASTY ! I will NOT GO BACK

The manager, Crystal is excellent and will make sure she handles and issues that arrive. I love her respect for law enforcement and her kindness. She is why I continue to return to this location.

David made this a truly wonderful experience. He was a polite gentleman. I had an online order that did not work, because I had already paid (money taken out of my account); however, apparently it didn't go in. No idea as to why. However, I showed him the payment receipt and he handled it professionally. Will definitely come back. Thank you so much David.

Love Papa John's, food is always fresh customer service always friendly delivery is fast food is intact.. Just wished they delivered at night in my area. Breadsticks were free with Groupon app

Wonderful Location, Manager David Racine is doing a wonderful job with the place. I would highly recommend this franchise rather than the broke people *cough cough Domino or Pizza hut*. David should keep up the spectacular job and he should be moved up to corporate. Keep up the good work!
