Shortly after ordering online, I received a call letting me know they were out of wings. I asked to get a pizza at the 6.99 price as part of the deal I ordered. No, I would have to pay full price. Deal prices are online only, ok cool but if you are out of something substituting it for a product of equal of lesser value is a NO BRAINER. Guess I am going to NY Pizza.

This is the best Papa John’s in Baton Rouge. The staff are always nice and even get to know you. They don’t seem to have a lot of turnover, which must say something good about it. The orders are rarely wrong and most of the time your order is done ahead of time.

Imagine my surprise finding a pizza at my door when I was on my way to work this morning, only problem is it's not mine. This pizza with extra toppings cost $26.88 plus all the fees and taxes. Someone names Kayla ordered this last night and it was dropped at my door which I found this morning. This is typical for this location. I ordered from them one time and they didn't have any drivers. Instead of them calling and telling me, I had to call them two hours later when I was still waiting for my food to find this out. They are unorganized and you can order at your own risk because there's no guarantee you'll get your food.

After calling this location, as I always have done so to place my order, I'm told "The call center must have messed up your order. I dont have an order for you." I ask for them to make me a pizza while I wait the 15 minutes. While I wait, I take notice, the place was very unsanitary, no gloves being worn to handle the food. The one who claimed to be the manager (pictured) went from taking my money (cash) to preparing food without ever washing his hands. Completely disgusting experience. You've lost my business Papa John's. You should consider the long term effects and consequences when hiring just anyone to run your business.

Pizza is always great from this location and fast. Tonight our driver was very kind and it made our night just with smiles, laughter and a happy holidays. Will order all my pizza from now on from this location solely because of his attitude and kindness. Thanks again

This location truly deserves 0 stars, and if I could give that rating I would. I placed an order online through the website, but never received a tracking link. I tried calling the store after about 40 minutes to see if they had my order. The store didn’t answer. We called about 15 times on 2 different phones and they never answered. Finally, we went to the store and they said that they had to deliver it through doordash and that it has already been picked up 10 minutes ago. 1: we were never told it would have to be delivered through doordash, nor did we receive any sort of confirmation that it was picked up through doordash. 2: they said there was nothing they could do because it was already picked up. So we drove back to our house to wait for it to be delivered. After waiting 20 minutes (the store isn’t far from where we live so it wouldn’t have taken that long) we called doordash customer support. The woman told me that the order was marked as picked up, but that there wasn’t a name, phone number, or anything that they could use to contact the dasher. I’m a doordash driver myself, this means that the store has marked it as picked up, not the dasher. So they gave MY order to a stranger who just walked in and said they were picking up an order. The manager was dressed poorly and seemed incoherent as well as the other employees. They also seemed to have very little regard for the situation. I then got a text from a number saying that they were at the store waiting to pick up my order. So I called them. It was the dasher who was originally supposed to pick up my order and I explained what had happened. She had asked the employees multiple times to speak to her, and once they did she asked them what the deal was. They told her it had already been picked up and there wasn’t anything they could do. She then felt our pain and tried to get them to remake the order, so I was handed to an employee who took my order again and said that he would remake it. Online the store says it closes at 11:00 pm, at this point it was around 10:10 and I placed my order at 8:50. The dasher who I was on the phone with then told me that they were being very rude and disrespectful and were swearing in the restaurant and laughing about the situation. She then told me that they told her they were not going to remake the order because they close at 10:00. Then, if this isn’t already horrendous, they turned the inside lights off. Somehow, our wonderful dasher convinced the employees to remake the order. So now we are still waiting on our order to be delivered/made. Thank God for this wonderful lady who is helping us out and may she be blessed a thousand times for this, but as far as this location and these employees/managers I’m extremely disappointed in their behaviors, attitudes, and overall unprofessional business.

Not only did our pizza take an hour and a half to get here on a weeknight, but I found the pizza on my doorstep when I specifically did not want that. Nobody knocked to let me know it was there. Luckily there weren’t ants in it. Look at the other reviews, obviously this place is not where you should go. Save yourself the stress. Terrible business.

My wife ordered a pizza at 6pm. We called at 7:30pm and were informed that our pizza had been delivered. My wife asked for a refund, and the store hung up on her. She called back and asked to speak to the manager. The person answering said he was the manager and that they would void our order and then hung up on her. If our credit card is not refunded we are going to call the police. Do not order from this Papa John's, they literally ruined our night after an already stressful day.

We waited about 30 minutes for our pizzas then we go and check on then they say it’s going to be another 10 minutes so then 20 more minutes go by then we go check on it and they so they lost our order and then they tell us the card declined after they gave us the card and a receipt back then we fixed it and ordered it again and they told us it would be another 30 or 35 minutes. I wish I good leave worse than a one star
