Heritage has gone above and beyond for me. Even when they are so busy, they took the time to answer my questions and take the time to check both my pets over. They are about helping our pets. I have one that is kinda skittish and they had to take him to do a test and they said he was a gentleman. That made me feel good that he did good. I have left other vets because of how they treated me and my pets. I have been with Heritage 4/5 years and have never had an issues. Highly recommend them.

They have always been great to Hera. The app is great and very convenient and the staff are always friendly. I went to a small town vet previously and was getting shots for her every few months. I tried Heritage and the medication they recommended on the first vet visit was a life changer for her. No more shots and everything cleared up.

Our experience with Heritage Pet Hospital has been nothing but exceptional. Dr. Finkel is compassionate, fun, professional and knowledgeable. When it was time to put our dog to rest, he and his staff handled it with love and dignity. We were blessed to have our dog Penny in their caring and capable hands.

This is Kimberly (Lucky's mom) posting a review! I just had to rave about Heritage, because they've been fantastic since I started using them. Lucky is terrified of vet visits and they've been working with us on "Happy Visits" so that he gets used to being at the vet. He is now excited to walk in and see everyone, and the staff have done a phenomenal job of answering every question I've had and have been so patient. Lucky was not supposed to need vet work for a year and his allergies happened to get bad. The vet, the techs, and reception staff have been so kind and were very knowledgeable. Also, a shoutout to Kelsey for putting so much work and time into helping Luxky! Thank you Heritage for taking care of my best friend.

Heritage Pet Hospital has been a mainstay for my parents' pets ever since we moved to Rochester in 1973 (I was an toddler then). All the animals went there and received excellent care. Monday, July 25th, marked the closing of the family pets chapter. My mom and I said "See ya on the otherside of the rainbow" to our 15 1/2 year old Shih Tzu. The staff were compassionate and supportive, giving us the time we needed, allowing my mom to hold her while we parted ways. The staff who greeted us and the technician who have known our little girl were so kind, it was deeply appreciated. Thank you for all you do, thank you for all you have done for my family's four-legged family members over the years.

Thank you for being So kind, caring and empethetic. We had to bring our dear girl in for a very difficult procedure. They made sure everyone was comfortable. They were gentle informed us of everything that was going to happen. They even had tears in their eyes. Thank you for taking such good care of or girl and us in such a difficult time.

I never write online reviews, but I don’t know how else to show my appreciation for the wonderful care that my puppy received here. She has very challenging behaviors, but the staff knew how to approach her and went above and beyond to make appropriate accommodations. I am so grateful for their knowledge, compassion, and dedication. I could not recommend them highly enough!

I can't say enough good about the caring and exceptionally talented vets, surgeons and staff at Heritage Pet Hospital. They went above and beyond throughout the care of my dog, Ace, who had glaucoma that eventually became cancer. Dr. Finkel removed his eye and put in extra time working with labs because it was such a rare cancer type, the eye had to be sent to a veterinary ophthalmology oncologist for more testing. Throughout all of Ace's care, Dr. Toddie, Dr. Finkel, and other vets and staff took extra time with me to make sure I understood what was happening with Ace's health, the implications of findings, and where the path may lead. We have gone to Heritage with our pets for years and every single person is not only pleasant, but kind, caring, compassionate and understanding about choices made for pet care. They show so much love to your pets, as if they're their own! When Ace's health declined to the point he was deeply suffering, his veterinarians hugged me and cried with me as we put him to sleep. Not only did our family receive a sweet sympathy card signed by everyone, but a few days ago I received a letter that Heritage had made a donation in Ace's name to the U of M's veterinary sciences department. Thank you, Heritage, for your many years providing good health to Ace and cat Stormy!

This hospital is just amazing, I highly recommend it. They provided honest, compassionate, and comprehensive care to my 1 yr old cat when I took her for her first dental yesterday. I was provided with expected price range before hand and it was exactly that. Krista was especially amazing, she answered my long list of questions that I wrote at 3 am out of anxiety and was very comforting. My Lilly had a small situation after aesthesia and Krista cleaned her before handing her to me. Honestly the best I could ask for in regards to my pet. Thank you.

Best vet I've ever taken my dog to. The staff is so kind and friendly and they treat my dog like she is one of their own. They are also very thorough and never pressure you into anything. They explain your options and the pros and cons of each. Thanks Heritage!
